For the last six decades, the Hospital has continued to provide high-quality and affordable medical treatment to countless residents of Ranpur and the surrounding areas. Patients below the poverty line are offered free services whereas all the other patients are provided highly subsidized services. This has been so far possible because of financial contributions made by the Sheth family as also due to the dedicated services of a team of doctors and personnel who have worked tirelessly to keep the hospital achieving its objectives. 

Some of the complementary/ highly subsidized services include:
●Each month, approximately 100 patients visit our eye clinic, of which over 30 are accommodated at Rajkot for cataract surgery. Their transportation and stay is completely complimentary
●An Orthopedic surgeon conducts monthly examinations of patients and may perform surgical procedures in the event of a need.
● A Dental surgeon frequents the hospital twice a week for consultations
●We routinely treat over 70 to 100 patients per day in our OPD. Their examination is completely complimentary and we also offer a 40% discount on their prescribed medications.
●A multidisciplinary group of senior doctors, physicians, surgeons and paediatricians from Ahmedabad, Surendranagar & Limbdi conduct a monthly camp at the A. D. Sheth Hospital

Twice a year a multi-speciality hospital from Ahmedabad organizes free camps with super-specialists like Cardiologists, Spine Specialists, Orthoscopy Surgeons, Neuro Physicians, etc.

Medicines at highly subsidised costs are offered to all patients
Like in the rest of the world, medical issues faced by the patients coming to the hospital have become far more complex and challenging. The ever-evolving world of medicine now provides an opportunity to upgrade & enhance the facilities on offer. The large number of patients utilising the services of the hospital necessitates the urgent need to not only enhance the facilities but also expand the infrastructure. 

This is done by adding one more floor for the comfort of patients and hosting a much larger team of qualified and experienced doctors to serve the increasing number of patients. The Hospital has had a record number of patients coming to the hospital over the last few years & the endeavour is to provide an even better level of care with multiple specialised doctors.

The Trust today continues to be managed by Smt. Purna Jatin Sheth, the third-generation descendants of Shri A.D. Sheth, and their children, Amar Sheth and Rishabh Sheth. who provide the bedrock financial support. However, to accomplish its ambitions for expanding the hospital facilities, the Trust needs your support in the form of generous donations. These will help the Trust in providing quality and affordable medical care to thousands who are underprivileged and have limited or no access to medical treatment.

Recently, we received a Sonography machine as a donation which will greatly benefit our patients, especially pregnant women.

On 28th August 2023, a new wing named after the late Shri Jatinbhai Manubhai Sheth was inaugurated. It has a multispecialty clinic wherein more specialist doctors will come and it will be of great benefit to patients.
